Sweepstakes Rules

These rules explain how to access VegasBuilder’s sweepstakes promotions, collect Vegas Coins (also called Sweeps Coins or SC), play eligible games, and request prize redemption. Please review the applicable promotion terms as well as these rules before participating. Promotion-specific terms may include additional requirements.

VegasBuilder is a social gaming platform, not a real-money gambling service. Games are for entertainment purposes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win where applicable, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Who Can Participate

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Participation is available to eligible residents of the United States, except residents of Connecticut, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington. Other legal restrictions may apply. You are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted where you live.

VegasBuilder may use location checks to confirm eligibility. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or another method to hide or misrepresent your location. If you move to a restricted area or otherwise become ineligible, access to sweepstakes play or redemption may be limited.

Registering and Maintaining an Account

You must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Each person may have only one account. Your account details must match your identity and residential address, and any payment method used must belong to you.

Accounts are for individual use only. Do not share account access or let another person play on your behalf. Accounts, prizes, Builder items, Builder Spins, and Vegas Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or shared between players.

Builder Mode and Vegas Mode

Builder Mode is for social gameplay. It uses Builder Spins (BS) and Builder Items, which have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

Vegas Mode is the sweepstakes play experience. It uses Vegas Coins, also referred to as Sweeps Coins or SC, in eligible games. Vegas Coins cannot be purchased directly. Only Vegas Coins won through gameplay are eligible for prize redemption, subject to verification and the requirements below.

Ways to Receive Vegas Coins

Eligible players may receive Vegas Coins through promotional methods offered by VegasBuilder. These may include a daily bonus, social media giveaways, a welcome email reward, Refer a Friend promotions, marked purchase-pack bonuses, and other offers shown on the site. Some Builder Item purchases may include a promotional SC bonus, but buying anything is not required to enter or win.

Promotions may change, and each offer can have its own eligibility, participation, expiration, and redemption conditions. For example, the site may advertise a welcome offer such as 250 BS plus 25 SC with a marked purchase. Check the offer details before participating; an offer does not replace the free entry methods described in these rules.

VegasBuilder may also offer daily quests, a daily wheel spin, hourly races, City Building Bricks rewards, free spins, or other promotions. Availability and reward amounts vary by promotion. Follow the instructions displayed for each offer, and do not assume a reward is guaranteed unless its terms say so.

Free Mail-In Entry

Eligible players may request 2.5 Vegas Coins for each valid mail-in request. To participate:

1. Sign in to your account and select the Postal Request Code link in the lobby.
2. Select the Postal Request Codes button and follow the instructions to obtain a unique code.
3. Handwrite the required information on a blank, unlined 4" x 6" card or white paper. Include your full legal name, the email address registered to your account, your residential address registered to the account, one unique Postal Request Code, and the declaration statement provided in the request instructions.
4. Place the request in a stamped #10 envelope and mail it to:

Requests must be handwritten and posted from the same state or province as the verified address on your account. A maximum of 90 Postal Request Codes may be used per promotional period. Incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed, or otherwise invalid requests may be rejected. Follow the current on-site instructions, which control if they differ from a general summary on this page.

Sweepstakes Promotions and Promotional Periods

Each promotion has its own rules, including how to enter, what activity qualifies, when it runs, and what rewards may be available. Read the offer terms before taking part. Promotions may include daily or weekly rewards, social media contests, referral offers, quests, races, or other activities. Entry methods and prizes are not available in every location.

VegasBuilder runs promotional play in 60-day periods. The current period runs from September 1, 2026, at 12: 00 a.m. Eastern Time through October 31, 2026, at 11: 59: 59 p.m. Eastern Time. Vegas Coins are valid for 60 days, subject to the terms of the promotion in which they were issued. Check your account and the relevant offer terms for any expiration dates or other limits.

Prize Redemption Requirements

Vegas Coins are not cash and cannot be redeemed merely because they are in your account. Only Vegas Coins won through eligible gameplay may qualify for redemption. The minimum redemption request is 100 redeemable SC. For redemption purposes, 1 SC has a value of $1 USD. A player is not considered a confirmed winner until VegasBuilder has verified the player’s eligibility and the winning play.

You must complete any requested account and identity checks before a prize can be confirmed. Screenshots are not accepted as proof of a win. VegasBuilder reviews redemption requests and may approve or decline them under these rules and the applicable promotion terms.

You may submit one prize redemption request per customer account every 24 hours. VegasBuilder aims to provide instant redemptions when possible, but cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days. Daily redemptions may be limited to $10,000. Payments over $10,000 may require additional bank, security, and fraud checks and may be split into multiple payments. Florida residents may redeem no more than $5,000 from any one spin or play.

Identity Checks and Verification

VegasBuilder may verify your identity, age, address, location, payment ownership, and eligibility before or after gameplay and before approving a redemption. You may be asked to provide documents or complete other checks. Information must be accurate and consistent with your account details.

Failure to complete verification, providing false or misleading information, or being unable to establish eligibility may result in a delayed or declined redemption, account restrictions, or disqualification. Do not send sensitive documents except through a method authorized by VegasBuilder.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Restrictions

Fraud prevention helps protect players and the integrity of promotions. Prohibited conduct includes creating or using multiple accounts, account sharing, misrepresenting identity or location, using bots or automated gameplay, colluding with other players, manipulating a game or promotion, exploiting an error, or attempting to obtain rewards through deceptive or unauthorized means.

VegasBuilder may investigate unusual activity and may suspend or close an account, void promotional entries or rewards, withhold or reverse an award where permitted, or disqualify a participant if it reasonably believes these rules or promotion terms have been violated. Restrictions may also apply when an account is compromised, information cannot be verified, or continued participation is not legally permitted.

Responsible Social Gameplay and Support

VegasBuilder offers account tools that may include taking a break, self-exclusion, permanent account closure, purchase limits, Vegas Coin play limits, and login time limits. Use these controls if you want to manage or pause your social gameplay.
